Circet UK are looking for Head of Supply Chain Management to join our Wireless department.
You will form part of the Senior Leadership Team, and will work collaboratively with all Circet departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide reports to the SLT/executive team as required.
• Lead the procurement strategy for Circet Wireless’s existing and future projects, ensuring all warehouse materials and supplier base is in place to support the various business units.
• Develop a procurement roadmap aligned with Circet Wireless’s strategic goals, establishing objectives for supplier partnerships and risk management.
• Work closely with the finance management team & Project Directors to identify foreseeable savings for Circet Wireless, in the form of supplier rebates, volume discount purchases etc.
• Cross business interdepartmental review of cost savings, drawing on the purchase power that Circet has.
Supplier Management:
• Conduct regular visits to supplier facilities and build strong, collaborative relationships with key partners to uphold Circet’s standards.
• Implement a supplier performance evaluation system, focusing on quality, continuous improvement and sustainability/ESG targets.
• Negotiate long-term contracts with suppliers to secure the best terms, pricing, and delivery schedules, while managing potential risks.
• Work closely with Operations, SLT, Finance, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment of procurement timelines with project milestones for seamless execution.
Risk Management:
• Conduct risk assessments of critical suppliers and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply disruptions, ensuring business continuity for Circet Wireless.
Compliance and Sustainability:
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to regulatory and environmental standards, and drive Circet’s sustainable procurement practices across the supply chain.
• Ensure collaboration with HSEQ and monitor building facilities records.
Digital Transformation:
• Lead the adoption of digital procurement tools to enhance efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making at Circet Wireless.
Team Leadership and Development:
• Mentor and develop the procurement team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture aligned with Circet values.
• Conduct training sessions and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and effective procurement practices.
