Circet Ireland are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our team based in GHQ Clondalkin, Dublin 22.
Main Purpose:
Assist with the delivery of HR initiatives that align with the Company strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective administration of HR documentation, including new starter paperwork, contract amendments, reports, updating employee records, offboarding
- Maintain and update the HRIS and process reports as required
- Support the payroll function in ensuring that both weekly and monthly payrolls are up to date and payroll are actively informed of any changes
- Provide accurate and timely advice to employees on HR policies and procedures
- Actively engage with Managers on the probation process, ensuring review meetings are being adhered to
- Provide professional support to Employees and Managers across all jurisdictions, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, England and International Contracts too
- Be present at formal meetings and undertake note taking tasks when required to do so
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure that legislative requirements and best practice are adhered to
- Remain up to date with current legislation, initiatives and best practice within HR
- Actively participate in HR initiatives and support the Group HR Manager in rolling out key / ad hoc projects as required
- Act as point of contact for HR related queries for Employees and Managers across Group jurisdictions
- Actively assist the HR Administration function with the Group HR mailbox
- Support the HR Administration function with resolving any queries which have been escalated and escalating to the HR Business Partner’s in a timely fashion if necessary
- Attend meetings as requested by the HR Business Partners or HR Management
- Key Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with other internal departments as appropriate for the effective operation of the HR function – Health and Safety, Quality, Finance, Procurement, IT, Transport, Plant, Stores, Insurance etc.
- Build effective relationships with appropriate external bodies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- CIPD Qualification desirable
- HR qualification required
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated computer skills and MS Office skills , especially word, PowerPoint, email and excel
- Ability to work unsupervised, demonstrate initiative, strong communication, interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to travel to other office locations as and when required
