HSEQ Advisor – Home Installations

Circet UK is seeking a proactive and experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our Home Installations team and support a range of dynamic projects across the UK. This role is vital in helping us maintain and continuously improve the performance of our Health, Safety, Environment, Quality & Training systems.

You’ll work closely with senior management, site teams, and contractors to ensure all legal, client, and internal HSEQ requirements are consistently met—and exceeded.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Oversee, monitor, and evaluate HSEQT performance across regional sites, supporting both field operations and senior management.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSEQT legislation and Circet’s management systems.
  • Provide regular reports to management on system performance, improvements, and compliance gaps.
  • Champion a positive HSEQ culture by engaging and influencing internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Promote awareness and integration of client and regulatory requirements throughout the business.
  • Support the delivery and execution of Circet’s HSEQT strategy.
  • Collaborate with the HSEQT Manager to develop and implement KPIs, targets, and continuous improvement plans.
  • Monitor and approve all site activities—including employee and subcontractor performance.
  • Facilitate internal training sessions (e.g., inductions, toolbox talks, safety briefings).
  • Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and near-misses, ensuring root causes are addressed and corrective measures implemented.
  • Drive best practice across the business, supporting cultural change as Circet continues to expand.

What You’ll Bring:
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
  • Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel regularly across UK sites
  • Substantial experience in a civil engineering or telecommunications environment
  • Strong working knowledge of HSEQ legal compliance and operational risk
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A methodical, detail-oriented approach and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and incident reporting systems
  • A genuine passion for promoting health, safety, environment, and quality in the workplace
