Circet are currently recruiting Installation Engineers in Northern Ireland.
As an Installation Engineer you are responsible for providing a high level of customer service, carrying out all works to a high-quality specification, and completing service calls in a professional and timely manner
Key Responsibilities:
* Each Installer Technician is based on a geographical area and you are responsible for managing all aspects of their day including but not limited to:
* To attend jobs within the appointed time slots.
* To carry out your works to the highest standards as per your training.
* To ensure the customer is informed of any delay against the scheduled call or fix time.
* To utilise all technology provided to maximise productivity and performance
* To assist with network re-plans and obtain way leaves and as required
* To represent the company professionally with a friendly and co-operative disposition
* To help customers understand the install requirements, product range and function and promote good customer relations experience
* Develop a culture of continuous improvement and drives excellence within their work
* To follow and always uphold to the health safety policy of the Company.
* To ensure that all equipment e.g. test equipment, transport and tools are kept safe and well maintained
* To wear supplied uniform at all times while on duty.
* To maintain the company vehicle in good order and reporting any defects on daily van checks.
* To be flexible in this position and be prepared to undertake any other duties as assigned to you.
* Work with your Team Manager to ensure all actions are resolved in a timely manner
Accountabilities:
* Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
* Completing of Standard & non-standard Installations & Surveying Orders
* Site Inspection Evaluations Including, Traffic Management
* Attending Team Meetings
* Achieving and complying with high standards of Quality/Health & Safety
* Perform other duties as required when needed
