As IT Contracts Manager you will report to the Group IT Director and be tasked with leading the in-life management of the partner relationships and associated commercials. You will ensure that the services provided are delivered effectively and supporting the continued growth of the Circet business. You will also ensure that the services provided are delivered efficiently with the minimum of waste. You will be excellent at analysing detail and using that detail to define (and drive) the high level actions that will make the contracts successful. The partners will provide IT Hardware, Software Solutions and Consultancy Services. You will be a “doer” and drive plans and actions through to conclusion. Does this sound like you?
Responsibilities as IT Contracts Manager include:
- Maintain Relationships with Strategic Partners (approximately 6 including Microsoft, Eir and Vodofone)
- Act as the “account manager” interacting with leads from partners including formal service revies and managing the processes for service delivery.
- Ensuring that service meet the agreed Contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
- Ensuring that internal Circet finance processes (e.g. budgeting, purchasing and invoicing) are correctly applied and running smoothly to the contracts and managed effectively
- Validating bills and approving spend against the in-life contracts
- Assuring the monthly cost centre financial reporting with support from Circet Accountants

Although a degree is not essential, a degree in one of the following subjects would be preferred:

- Business Studies
