Circet are looking for a Prep Team Lead to join our team.

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the Prep Team Lead is expected to ensure that all poles are prepped to an excellent standard in line with NIE specifications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Ensure that all poles are prepped on schedule and within the parameters of the outage dates agreed.
  • Ensure all required materials are available and any shortages are communicated to the Stores Manager in a timely manner.
  • Ensure effective communication with management and other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress as well as reporting in any unforeseen issues that may arise.
  • Monitor quality continually to ensure all poles are prepped to current NIE specification.
  • Ensure all team members have and are properly using approved PPE/Tools/Equipment at all times.
  • Capture and report completions to supervisor and management through agreed processes
  • Ensure all sites are left clean and tidy and in a safe condition for the public/landowners.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of IT packages and software.
  • Previous experience of resource management including the planning and scheduling of work to maximise income / profit.
  • Previous management experience including the ability and willingness to address poor performance.
