Circet UK are looking for a Programme Manager to join our Wireless division.

 

The Programme Manager has responsibility for the delivery of projects under their remit. They will work with departments throughout the organisation to contribute to forecasts and overall KPI attainment. They will be an ambassador for the business in customer meetings and interactions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • To support Project Director in developing and defining strategy and ultimately supporting in the delivery of such strategy
  • To be a role model within the business in the way they operate and perform their tasks and duties
  • Accountable for Health and Safety throughout each Project under their remit
  • To ensure fluid working and communications between the project and internal logistics
  • Setting, monitoring and optimising KPI’s
  • Deliver regular updates on project status to the customer and project director
  • To be the main point of contact for Circet UK’s customer
  • Produce customer reporting as and when required
  • Manage the finances of the project
  • Identify commercially impacting changes in the scope of each project
  • Contribute to budget control
  • Training and development of current and new employees
  • Ensuring that identified sites have the necessary legal, planning and access rights to install new or upgraded radio equipment and, if required, to accommodate 3rd party equipment requirements.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

  • Detailed technical knowledge of specifications, site builds, design and acquisition.
  • Office experience in a Senior Telecoms / Build /Planner / Project Manager Role
  • Experience of working with MNO’s and Vendors such as E///, Nokia, BT, VF, VMO2, CTIL and MBNL
  • Advanced user of Excel and Microsoft products
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage a team
  • Can demonstrate a good understanding of Wireless access/RAN processes and cross functional dependencies
  • An understanding of the rigging industry
  • Project Management experience
