Circet Ireland are looking for a Quality Officer to join our team based in Co.Dublin Ireland
Job Description
This role is based in our Dublin office and will involve driving quality compliance across Eir contracts. You will have experience of the telecoms industry including civils, poling and splicing and provide support to management and site crews while maintaining good relationships with Client teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a ‘Right First Time’ culture.
- Ensure works align with Circet quality standards, Eir CPIs and local authority licence requirements across the following disciplines: civils, poling and splicing.
- Conduct quality audits and generate quality reports, conduct root cause analysis and following up on identified issues.
- Address GRN rejects, CDRs, T5 rejections and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with site teams to evaluate the effectiveness of quality control procedures.
- Provide training to crews / FLMs as required.
- Ensure artificial intelligence (AI) roll outs are compliant local authority standards, Eir CPIs and Circet quality procedures. Provide support for AI development, ensuring that common defects are addressed and organise field trials with crews.
- Participate in site meetings with local authorities and Eir management.
- Ensure adherence to HSEQ requirements.
- At least 2 years experience in the telecoms industry.
- Advanced Road Opening and Reinstatement card (Purple Book).
- Experience engaging with clients and crews and maintaining good relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook. Experience with ArcGIS and AFS.
