We are currently recruiting for an experienced RAMs Writer to join our Wireless division within Circet UK.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*         To be responsible for the creation and submission of RAMS and CPHSP’s

*         Liaison with relevant parties to ensure that all RAMS are compliant and in place for the start of any project for each site

*         Interprets site instructions and CAD drawings from customers to prepare RAMS for all works to be carried out by Circet UK.

*         Ensures that all elements of the build pack including sub-contractors is collated within tolerances agreed

*         Ensure that technical knowledge is up to date with stringent client requirements including but not limited to Health & Safety

*         Reviewing pre works risk assessments uploaded by the teams and report H&S non- conformances to the Health and Safety Manager

*         General day to day communication with site teams to ensure schedule is being met and amendments updated

*         Report monthly RAMS performance & adherence to KPIs

 

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

*         Experience of creating RAMS in a wider construction role

*         Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office and specific in-house software e.g. SiteLive)

*         Good level of maths and number skills

*         Effective Communication skills including an excellent telephone manner

*         Proven ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, both in an office based and remote environment

*         Honest approach to work

*         Effective Communication skills including an excellent telephone manner

*         Capacity to prioritise and organise work effectively creating agendas, minutes, correspondence, documentation and presentations
