Circet's Home division is hiring a Salesforrce Administrator to join the team in Stevenage, UK. The Salesforce Administrator reports to the Business Support Manager and will serve as the primary technical support for Circet's Field Service (Salesforce-based) CRM tool with a strong emphasis on administrating, development, analytics, reporting, and data presentation. 

 

PURPOSE: 

  • Ensure end-users have the tools and reports they need to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Participate in the entire technical project lifecycle with a focus on enhancing reporting capabilities. 
  • Collaborate across departments to share knowledge and transition developments into production, especially related to reporting needs. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards tailored to user needs. 
  • Provide analytical insight to company KPIs and measures, transforming raw data into actionable insights. 
  • Monitor and manage Salesforce support cases, with a keen eye on reporting issues. 
  • Efficiently handle defects and change requests related to reporting functionalities. 
  • Regular interactions with the Business Support Manager to discuss reporting needs, progress, and enhancements. 
  • Support Salesforce system maintenance, particularly around reporting tools. 
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their reporting needs and deliver accordingly. 
  • Develop using Salesforce tools, such as Flows, APEX, and data modeling, focusing on reporting functionalities. 
  • Update Power BI Dashboards with Salesforce data, ensuring the reports are up-to-date and actionable.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

 

Education/Qualifications: 

  • Minimum: GCSE grade or Scottish equivalent. 

  • Advantageous: A-Levels, Bachelor's degree in a related field, relevant Salesforce certifications, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, ITIL. 

Experience: 

  • Strong experience in designing and developing reports in Salesforce and other platforms. 
  • Strong understanding of SQL, SOQL, and data analysis tools. 
  • Experience in Salesforce technologies, particularly related to reporting tools. 
  • Advantageous: 2+ years in a role with strong reporting responsibilities, proficiency in data visualization tools. 

Other Requirements: 

  • Ability to transform complex data into understandable and actionable reports. 
  • Strong communication skills to explain report findings and gather requirements. 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on report accuracy.
