Circet UK are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team.
This position is based from our office in Stevenage and will require travel to client sites.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Account Management of existing and new clients.
* Identify and build relationships with key client stakeholders.
* Ensure growth and that accounts remain profitable
* Act as the communication point between the organisation and the client.
* Build an intimate knowledge of the client’s contracts, service and the SLAs and KPIs associated.
* Own account review meetings both internally and with the client.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
* Be able to demonstrate extensive experience of account management or relationship management.
* Good level of commercial and contract knowledge.
* Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
* Excellent and proven presentation skills.
* Exceptionally high standards with meticulous attention to detail.
* Self-starter with a “can do” attitude.
* Good working knowledge of Office 365 and work management systems.
* Ability to analyse and understand data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
