Circet Home are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. Successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services to clients by managing their expectations and demands through the operations delivery teams. Delivering within budget whilst maintain high standards both
technically and with respect to Health and Safety.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Manage a portfolio of Openreach, last mile and service contracts, including daily
communication with client points of contact and internal operations leads.
* Maintain a high standard of service quality while adhering to health and safety
regulations.
* Act as the primary liaison between Openreach management and the Works Control
Centre, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information flow
* Assist in the strategic development of the client relationship developing and maintaining
strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Identify tailored solutions for client needs. and pursue new business opportunities with
Openreach.
* Maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets
* Ensure effective communication between the company and its clients, addressing
customer concerns promptly. React swiftly to problems before they escalate.
* Manage the ongoing operational relationship with Openreach with respect to the
contracts, coordinating and preparing commercial bids for new business within the existing account.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
* CSCS
* IOSHH / NEBOSH qualified (desirable)
* Sound knowledge of all HSEQ regulations.
* Good communication, people management and leadership skills
* Knowledge of contract documentation, specifications, SOW’s etc.
* Deep understanding of Openreach’s Copper network and Copper residential Installs
* Experience in FTTP/BTTW having held PIA accreditations.
