Senior Process Analyst – UK (Remote with Travel)

Full-Time | Reports to IT Department

Circet UK are currently recruiting for a Senior Process Analyst to join our growing IT team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across departments, helping to streamline operations and enhance efficiency through process mapping, analysis and improvement. You will play a key part in shaping how we work and ensuring that business requirements are clearly translated into effective IT solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Conduct process mapping and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to capture business requirements
  • Support the implementation of new processes and systems through training, documentation, and guidance
  • Work closely with project managers and development teams within the IT Department
  • Participate in change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions
  • Travel to operational sites to engage with teams and understand on-the-ground processes

What You’ll Need

Experience & Knowledge
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially for documenting processes
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to analyse information and reach effective conclusions
  • Understanding of how IT systems are scoped and designed
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the UK (England and Scotland)
  • Knowledge or user experience with MIS, AFS and/or Salesforce (Desirable)
  • Experience working in or understanding Circet operational environments (Desirable)
  • Awareness of AI technologies and applications  (Desirable)
