Circet UK is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Acceptance Rigger (Second) to join our Site Acceptance Team. This role plays a key part in supporting quality assurance activities on telecoms sites, ensuring installations meet client and industry standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting Site Acceptance Riggers and Team Leads in carrying out quality audits on telecoms sites
  • Assisting with defect identification, capture, and reporting during site visits
  • Carrying out defect clearance works and revisits as required
  • Uploading audit evidence and defect closure photos to client systems (e.g. SiteLive)
  • Supporting the review of completed works against design specifications and build standards
  • Assisting with interpreting CAD drawings and technical documentation on-site
  • Communicating with site teams to ensure defects are understood and resolved efficiently
  • Escalating any major quality or H&S concerns to senior team members
  • Supporting daily coordination of site activities to meet programme timelines
  • Maintaining accurate records of site activity, audits, and defect status
  • Assisting in the preparation of basic reports and updates for internal tracking
  • Attending training and briefings to stay aligned with current standards and best practices

  • A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and mobile reporting systems
  • Willingness to travel and work across multiple sites
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures

Experience Required
  • Previous experience as a telecoms rigger (or similar field-based role)
  • Exposure to telecoms site builds, maintenance, or upgrades
  • Basic understanding of site acceptance, quality checks, or defect management (desirable)
  • Familiarity with telecoms standards and H&S requirements
