Circet UK are looking for an experienced Trainer / Assessor to provide training across multiple training centres. The role will primarily require travelling to all of our training centres and cover nationally training to multiple internal/external customers & teams whilst supporting the wider business development. A can do attitude and a willingness to succeed combined with a strong work ethic to deliver the best training available across multiple areas is key.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver any training required to a standard that is inspirational and encourages great feedback and return business.
  • Look at how we bring added value into the training centers.
  • To Ensure we maximize training numbers working closely with internal teams to plan & execute a training strategy and deliver targets.
  • Ensure any paperwork is delivered to Admin in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the training centers are equipped with the correct material to undertake training.
  • To Ensure the centers are manned during normal working hours.
  • To support training Admin teams in delivering training numbers.
  • To work with all internal and external partners to drive compliance and ensure we have a skilled workforce.
  • To support Contract Managers and Project Managers to ensure a unified approach to compliance and training numbers.
  • To become a civils expert and deliver civils accredited training along with any other associated duties
  • To be willing to travel nationally to ensure training demands are met.
  • To support on all Scottish projects both training and site builds.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar Fibre role within a Alt/Net / Open Reach environment.

  • Previous experience of working on the Alt / NET Network with Fibre Based Training

  • Experience in working with Street works and would be advantageous to hold relevant accreditations.

  • Experience with Surveying and Supervising Fibre based programs.

  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, predominantly MS Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

  • Preferably hold a teaching or assessing Qualification, PTTLS, CAVA , IQA Or similar.

  • Experience in a training development, coaching and mentoring.

  • Experienced in working in a fast-paced office role whilst having, the ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
