Circet UK are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team in Andover.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*       Book training to maximize each class size.

*        Check the training email boxes and reply to all emails within a timely manner.

*       Check for no shows daily – escalate to managers.

*       Check trainers weekly trackers via calendar.

*       Correctly badge back charges to contract codes

*       Booking of External Training (Sibbald, Albacare etc)

*       Update reports / Spreadsheets Daily.

*       Request dates, find out preferred availability, raise PO & confirm bookings

*       Up load Certs to K drive, Skillko etc

*       Notify owners by email for uplift or post.

*       Cross reference certificates with training given against Tracker and Calendar

 

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

 

*       Previous experience in a similar role.

*       Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.

*       The ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.

*       Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

*       Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills.

*       Establish good working relationships with colleagues.

*       Have integrity and humility in all aspects of work.

*       Possess time management skills and be friendly and upbeat attitude.
