Circet IRE & UK are hiring a Transport Analyst to join our Transport Division based in Dublin 24.
You will need experience and a strong understanding of Transport & Logistics, including the ability to generate, analyse, and present data from multiple systems and sources, publish dashboards and identify areas of expenditure, P&L trends, non-compliance, and offer suggestions for how to make necessary modifications. You must understand the financial aspects of the Transport division, and co-develop new ways of reducing costs and improving the utilisation of company vehicles.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Work with the Department leads to create and build weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
* Compiling financial analysis (P&L) for prompt and timely scheduled reporting, with reports sent as per reporting schedules
* Building of ad-hoc and bespoke reporting, preferably using PowerBI, to support decision-making
* Identify, manage and report on any dependencies, milestones, critical path and potential risks/issues
* Fuel Champion – conduct regular analysis to identify trends and patterns in fuel efficiency
* Efficient day to day administration of Transport and Plant activities, maintaining up to date records for all departments
* Build and maintain effective working relationships within Circet and clients, ensuring collaborative working across all teams/areas
* Create, maintain and deliver high quality project documentation.
* Build and management of our performance data, ensuring we have accurate information about our jobs, skills, synthetics, and other items, to ensure that our production plans are as accurate as we can make them
* Additional tasks where required that may be essential to the role
Knowledge; Experience and Skills:
* Strong analytical skills and good understanding of logistics/transport
* Previous experience working within a Transport/ Logistics division required
* Experience in analysing data, compiling, crunching and presenting data confidently
* Time management abilities to meet targets
* Experience writing and generating PowerBI reports
* Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
* Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
