Circet Ireland are currently recruiting for a Transport Safety and Compliance Officer to join the Transport Division in Dublin.
In this role, you will assist with improving safety standards across our large fleet. You will use the Samsara system for fleet management, to promote safe driving and policy compliance.
Role responsibilities:
- Monitor the Samsara Safety inbox, to identify potential driving hazards and record the incident alerts on the Samsara portal.
- Coach any driver deemed to have in fringed the Circet Driving Policy, RSA Rules of the Road in Ireland or The Highway Code in UK. This should be carried out in a timely manner to reduce potential risk for the company, the driver and members of the public.
- Monitor repeat offenders and notify their managers of any infringements considered to put the driver or the public at risk.
- Work with the department lead to create reports on coaching and related activities to ensure KPIs been met.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role - compliance / training / safety
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, predominantly MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
* The ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Establish good working relationships with colleagues.
* Have integrity and humility in all aspects of work.
* Possess time management skills and be friendly and upbeat attitude.
