Circet IRE & UK are hiring a Works Coordinator to join our team in Dungannon, Co. Tyrone.

 

 

As Works Coordinator, you will report to the Programme Manager. This role will be responsible for reviewing operational activity in relation to Quality Control.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Progressing orders through the appropriate software platforms (i.e. MIS, AFS, Client Systems etc). 
  • Validating orders and creating estimates with associated synthetics within order progression. 
  • Liaise other departments within the business to coordinate works are completed through a full journey. 
  • Issuing work to suppliers and contractors both internal and external communications. 
  • Review Quality and Compliance for all aspects of Fibre & PIA Network. 
  • Provide Quality Control advice and direction to relevant personnel as required. 
  • Ensure compliance and goal achievement of high build standards across the network through high standards of workmanship.  
  • Conduct corrective action reviews and audits where appropriate and required. 
  • Work to PIA processes through the necessary systems. 
  • Assist with analysis of operational practices, periodic reports, databases, records and other forms of documentation to ensure compliance is established within the company. 
  • To enhance the company’s reputation by providing outstanding customer service. 
  • Effectively manage and document any issues/escalations raised, ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner and to a successful conclusion. 
  • To promptly identify to the programme Manager any working constraints that could provide an obstacle to the achievement of any of our objectives. 
  • Ensure effective communication with staff and stakeholders ensuring this is delivered in a timely and clear fashion, with expectations clearly set and met. 
  • Your input of new ideas and innovations will be an essential part of your role. 
  • As a key PMO Team member you will be highly self-motivated and always be willing to learn. 
  • Project cycle from beginning to end at project closure 

 Knowledge Requirements:

  • A good understanding and practical experience in managing risk, assumptions, issues, dependencies and escalations. 
  • A good understanding of Quality & Compliance within PIA Network but full training will be provided. 
  • General knowledge of PIA Network would be advantageous but full training will be provide 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages especially Excel (intermediate knowledge of pivots, formula and database analysis) but training can be provided. 
  • Customer and Delivery focused. 
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to improve on working standards.
