Circet Ireland are looking for an experienced Administration Lead for our team based in GHQ Clondalkin,Co.Dublin.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Lead to manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, support staff, and assist with financial tasks. This role is pivotal in maintaining an efficient and professional office environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, mail, phone calls)
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and keep records up to date
  • Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with service providers
  • Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, record-keeping
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures


Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping


Working Conditions:
  • Standard office hours, Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm
