Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• To own and deliver the KPIs of the Capacity Team – which map to the client SLAs and to the profit targets of In Home.
• Planning the resourcing levels to meet forecast.
• Liaising with key stakeholders including recruitment, training, fleet and field operations to meet target.
• Plan resources and skills in advance and work with recruitment and training to meet client forecast.
• Understand the SLAs per client and plan in advance and work daily to meet these.
• Developing the capacity team to ensure a consistent approach.
• Work with field operations to flex resources at a territory level to meet demand and control costs
• Adopt effective strategies to cover absence within the engineer pool to minimise missed appointments
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
• Good understanding of how the optimiser works and what levers can be pulled to affect the result positively towards targets.
• Manage the holiday calendar for engineers.
• Work on a programme of development to continually tweak settings for maximum benefit.
• Develop the capacity planning team to be multi-skilled and to understand tasks to be prioritised.
• Provide analytical insight to company KPI’s and measures
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards where necessary to support dissemination of information to all business stakeholders
• Understand client changing requirements and impact on capacity planning.
