Contracts Manager – Traffic Management – UK

Full-Time | Reports to Senior Contracts Manager

Circet UK are looking for a highly experienced Contracts Manager – Traffic Management to join our team. You will be responsible for the commercial and operational delivery of all traffic management activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will act as the main commercial and operational point of contact for our clients, liaising with internal teams, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

Main Purpose:
Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for the commercial and operational delivery of all Circet TM activities, maintaining the highest of standards where health & safety is paramount with a primary focus on the UK South (England) operations. Leading and supporting a team of designers/noticing co-ords daily to ensure fluid delivery and strict management of costs to meet/exceed our collaborative targets. Potential requirement to travel to suit the needs of the business as we continue to expand our operational footprint. This position is vital in providing a central link between clients requirements, our noticing department and CAD techs delivery KPI’s ensuring a seamless link from request to invoice.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Carry out commercial review and risk analysis of contracts
  • Draft, amend, and review bespoke contracts
  • Provide quotations and invoices daily where applicable
  • Service and develop existing and new contracts as the main point of contact for clients
  • Act as the commercial link between Operations Department and Directors
  • Liaise regularly with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
  • Work within budgets to ensure successful, cost-effective delivery while maintaining health & safety standards
  • Produce high-spec traffic management plans ensuring full compliance with all standards and regulations
  • Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure all works are appropriately resourced
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably required, including travel as necessary

What You’ll Need
Experience & Knowledge
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the traffic management industry
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage contracts
  • AutoCAD or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel as required
