Circet Ireland is currently looking to recruit an experienced Works Programme Manager who will be responsible for working alongside the delivery manager to ensure delivery of targeted programmes to KPIs, Service Level Agreements and escalations in relation to telecommunication infrastructure build programs (BAU)

 

As Works Programme Manager, you will report to the Programme Manager and will be expected to deliver Programmes in line with KPIs and LRBDs successfully.

 

As Programme Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

 

*         Work alongside the Delivery Manager to prioritise Works and resources effectively

*         Delivery of LRBD and KPIs for work programmes.

*         Responsible for the completion of internal reports.

*         Coordinating resources with DMs, ensuring delivery of client Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements, and escalations.

*         Co-ordination with DMs administrators ensuring MIS updates are maintained.

*         Maximising productivity while maintaining adherence to company procedures, including administering all paperwork and liaising with clients.

*         To enhance the company’s reputation by providing outstanding customer service.

*         Provide a distinct focus on delivering LRBD and KPIs for the company and client.

*         To promptly identify to the DM any working constraints that could hinder the achievement of any of our objectives.

*         Monitor Key Performance Indicators every week and provide a report to PM

*         To build and maintain a working relationship with the client and within Circet.

*         To attend meetings as required.

*         Ensure effective communication with staff and stakeholders, ensuring this is delivered promptly and clearly, with expectations clearly set and met.

*         Effectively manage and document any issues/escalations raised, ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner and to a successful conclusion.

*         Liaison with the client’s inspectors and planners, and management to ensure that quality of work is as specification and to complete satisfaction of the client.

 

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

 

*         A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Contract Support.

*         Proven track record of delivery to client Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

*         Proficient with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint, specifically excel and the creation and manipulation of pivot tables and graphs.

*         Customer and Delivery focused.

*         A good understanding of managing Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Escalations.

*         A good understanding of project governance and control.

*         Knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure build programs.

 

Required Qualifications & Training:

 

*         Degree educated or similar is desirable.
