Position: HR Advisor

Reporting to: Group HR Manager

Location: Circet GHQ Dublin & requirement to travel to other work locations.

Duration: 12 Month FTC

 

Main Purpose:            

Assist with the delivery of HR initiatives that align with the Company strategic goals. This role will focus on Employee Relations and suit someone with strong experience and passion for effective ER.

 

Key Responsibilities:

*       Monitor the regulations affecting the HR function and ensure that company policies and procedures are compliant and communicated to Staff

*       Provide professional advice to all employees, including all levels of management

*       Assist and support the HR administration function when matters are escalated

*       Develop initiatives and strategies to maximise staff retention

*       Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with Senior Stakeholder within the organisation, advising and coaching on HR matters

*       Continuously look to identify areas of improvement within the HR function

*       Create and assist the HR officer function in the delivery of management workshops on various HR topics

*       Provide data and reports when requested by the Group HR Manager or HR Director

*       Participate in projects and initiatives that align with HR strategy as and when requested to do so by the Group HR Manager or HR Director

*       Carry out employee engagement activities including analysing data and planning different initiatives

*       Attend meetings as requested by the Group HR Manager or HR Director

*       Ensure the efficient management of all Employee Relation Matters including probation, disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability, flexible working requests

 

Requirements:

*       Knowledge of employment law and best practice across Ireland, Northern Ireland, England and Scotland

*       Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

*       CIPD Qualification

*       Strong attention to detail

*       Demonstrated computer skills and MS Office skills , especially word, PowerPoint, email and excel

*       Ability to work unsupervised, demonstrate initiative, strong communication, interpersonal and communication skills

*       Supportive personality, flexible and helps team members

*       Ability to travel to other office locations as and when required
