Circet IRE & UK is currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.
This role is an 18-month fixed term contract.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide comprehensive, professional support and guidance to the wider HR team as well as Managers and Employees across all office locations in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and employment law matters
- Support the HR Generalists on any ER matters including being present at formal meetings, undertaking note taking tasks when required to do so and administering formal processes
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures across the company
- Lead performance management, engagement and retention initiatives
- Work closely with the L&D Business Partner to design and implement training initiatives to develop manager and employees capabilities
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices across all operating regions
- Produce HR metrics and insights to support Senior Management in decision making
- Align HR initiatives with organisation strategy and priorities
- Driver workforce planning, succession planning and organisational design
- Attend meetings as requested by Management
- Project Manage different initiatives as requested by Management
Key Relationships:
- Develop and maintain relationships with other internal departments as appropriate for the effective operation of the HR function – Health and Safety, Quality, Finance, Procurement, IT, Transport, Plant, Stores, Insurance etc.
- Build effective relationships with appropriate external bodies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role or Senior HR role
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Demonstrated computer skills and MS Office skills, especially word, PowerPoint, email and excel
- Ability to work unsupervised, demonstrate initiative, strong communication, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Supportive personality, flexible and helps team members
- Ability to travel to other office locations as and when required
