The Jeopardy & Capacity Manager is a critical operational role responsible for protecting SLA performance, safeguarding commercial outcomes, and providing proactive oversight across the OSA contract.

With Project Sapphire driving significant increases in pole completion volumes and task complexity, this role ensures early risk identification, accurate capacity forecasting, and real-time operational control to protect revenue and strengthen our partnership with Openreach.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Proactively monitoring and managing at-risk works to prevent SLA breaches across the OSA contract.
  • Identifying early warning indicators and leading intervention plans to resolve jeopardy items.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely KCI (Keep Customer Informed) updates are issued in line with contractual requirements.
  • Forecasting short, medium, and long-term resource capacity in line with Project Sapphire delivery volumes.
  • Tracking LRBD (Long Range Build Data) to align operational capacity with projected demand.
  • Providing real-time visibility of backlog health, SLA risk exposure, and delivery performance.
  • Supporting daily and weekly operational reviews with data-driven insights and recovery actions.
  • Escalating non-conformance and performance risks internally and with Openreach stakeholders where required.
  • Protecting accelerator revenue by reducing SLA breaches and mitigating financial penalties.
  • Driving stability across the workstack through structured capacity planning and performance control.

What You’ll Need
 
  • Strong understanding of OSA contractual SLAs and jeopardy processes.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, time-critical telecoms delivery environment.
  • Ability to interpret operational and performance data to drive actions.
  • Strong communication, escalation, and stakeholder management capability.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex, evolving workstacks.
