Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage a team of assessors, providing guidance, performance management, and support to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training.
  • Oversee the scheduling, workload and professional development of team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Ensure that assessors are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to meet the needs of both the business and the employees effectively.
  • Assess employee skills, performance and productivity providing evaluations and recommendations for development across the business
  • Collaborate with external awarding bodies to ensure training programs meet certification standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare for and manage audits conducted by external awarding bodies maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with all audit protocols.
  • Ensure that all assessors follow the requirements of external certification and accreditation bodies, upholding Circet’s standards for quality and compliance.
  • Design, build and deliver individualised and group training programs that address specific business needs, with a strong understand of the training life cycle from analysis to evaluation.
  • Collaborate with team members, trainers and management to ensure alignment across training programs and organisational goals.
  • Develop and update training manuals and material that drive tangible results and are aligned with Circet’s operational goals.
  • Implement purposeful training methods and oversee their execution across all key areas of site-based operations.
  • Effectively manage the training budget, optimising resources to achieve objectives within allocated costs.
  • Oversee and ensure quality training across all key site-based operations, onboarding new hires and developing ongoing support programs for existing employees.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, assigning them to relevant training sessions for their job role.
  • Identify future training needs and create a curriculum to facilitate that training.
  • Conduct gap analysis in training materials to address content needs and ensure safety and productivity.
  • Select and manage training resources, including working with both internal employees and external vendors to develop and deliver high-quality training.
  • Ensure that all contracts achieve turnover and profitability by maximising efficiency and minimising cost of failure.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships within the client organisations across all areas.
  • Research new training materials and supplies that might enhance Circet’s training procedures and add to employee development
  • Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and integrate relevant best practices into training initiatives.
