Circet Ireland is currently looking to recruit an experienced Programme Manager to join our growing team in Dublin.
This role will involve working alongside the Delivery Manager to ensure delivery of targeted programmes in relation to Telecommunication Infrastructure Build Programs.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordination of resources with the management team, ensuring delivery of the Clients Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Escalations.
- Co-ordination with different teams within the company, ensuring MIS updates are maintained.
- Responsible for the completion and submission of key client reports.
- Initial point of contract for the Client with regards to delivery for targeted programmes.
- The maximising of productivity, whilst maintaining adherence to company procedures, including administration of all paperwork and liaison with client.
- To enhance the company’s reputation by providing outstanding customer service.
- To promptly identify to the Contracts Managers any working constraints that could provide an obstacle to the achievement of any of our objectives.
- Manage the creation and updating of workstream reports for the Contract Managers and Client.
- Monitor KPIs on a weekly basis and provide reports to Contract Mangers.
- To build and maintain a working relationships with the Client and within Circet.
- Attending meetings as required.
- Ensure effective communication with all staff and stakeholders.
- Effectively manage and document any issues/escalations raised, ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner and to a successful conclusion.
- Managing the programme in line with 'Work in Progress' to maintain a current workstack.
- Liaising with the Client’s Inspectors and Planners to ensure that the quality of work is as specified and completed to the satisfaction of the client.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Telecommunication Infrastructure Build Programs.
- 3 + years’ experience working in a similar role within the Telecoms industry.
- Proven track record of delivering SLAs and KPIs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint, specifically excel and the creation and manipulation of pivot tables and graphs.
- A good understanding of managing risk, assumptions, issues, dependencies and escalations.
- A good understanding of project governance and control.
