Circet's Data Centre Services division are looking for a positive and energy driven individual to work within our operations department as a Site Manager.
 
At Circet DCS  we enjoy delivering customer service excellence and feel good when we bring the kind of “WOW” experience to our customers. The Job role involves managing structured cabling projects in Data Centre’s in the UK and Europe.
 
Role:                    Site Manager
Location:             Home based with up to 50-75% travel in Europe
Salary:                 £ Negotiable + (with review after probation period)

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                 
 
Ø  Supervising on site teams work packages.
Ø  Ensuring Health and Safety of all personnel on site along with other contractors.
Ø  Maintaining Circet DCS high quality installation standards.
Ø  Managing daily Project documentation to ensure work is correctly tracked.
Ø  Delivering tool box talks for onsite engineers.
Ø  Assessing and minimalizing on site Risk.
Ø  Monitor, control and manage in-house project operations to meet customer expectations and timelines.
Ø  Liaise between departments to ensure the smooth operations delivery.
Ø  Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project Manager.
Ø  Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders.
Ø  Arranging equipment delivery to site and ensure it is correctly stock managed and accounted for.
Ø  Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for future improvements.
Ø  Occasional ‘hands on’ capability when required.
 
Basic Requirement
 
Ø  5+ years Data Centre experience.
Ø  Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a cabling Solutions
Ø  OM3/OM4/OM5/OS1/OS2 Cabling Solutions.
Ø  Competent Microsoft Office skills, incl. Excel, Office & Visio
Ø  Strong attention to detail.
Ø  Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
Ø  Well organized, pro-active and responsible attitude.
Ø  A good team member but with the ability to work on un-supervised.
Ø  Strong written and verbal communication skills
