Main Duties:

•Overseeing and managing active permits and notices to maintain compliance at all stages of the job, preventing
Fixed Penalty Notices and Overrun charges including third parties on behalf of Circet
•Attend calls/meetings with internal and external parties
•Producing reports to aide the business for streetworks compliance
•Ensuring streetworks processes are followed by the team
•Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders including Highway Authorities, internal staff, clients and third parties
•Housekeeping of NRSWA/TMA systems
•Raising and administering notices and permits
•Monitor notices/permits to ensure compliance
•Keeping up to date records and reports
•Support continuous improvement of systems, policies and procedures relating to streetworks
•Assist in cover for other senior team members

Experience’ Knowledge and Skills:
•Proven leadership skills
•Proven experience in NRSWA/TMA/EToN
•Good knowledge of relevant streetworks software
•Able to liaise and maintain good relationships with local authorities and 3rd parties
•Good organisational, time management and communication skills
•Able to work proactively, accurately and methodically under pressure and to strict deadlines
•PC literate/good knowledge of Microsoft products
•Must be a team worker
