Circet are hiring a Workflow Coordinator to join our Operations Support team and play a key role in ensuring customer installation orders are validated, accurate, and ready for successful delivery.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing and triaging incoming customer installation orders
- Validating technical details and identifying missing or incorrect information
- Supporting engineers through video validation calls and guidance
- Monitoring live orders and ensuring all evidence and notes are complete
- Routing jobs for reissue, invoicing, or client review
- Auditing completed jobs to confirm payment codes and resolve discrepancies
- Updating network infrastructure records using ArcGIS
- Maintaining strong workflow quality and data accuracy at all stages
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
Essential:
- Experience in telecoms operations, workflow coordination, or order management
- Strong understanding of fibre installation or field engineering processes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Ability to manage high?volume workloads and tight timelines
- Experience with GIS systems (ArcGIS, GE Smallworld)
- Familiarity with job auditing, engineer payment validation, or billing workflows
- Understanding of fibre network build terminology
