Circet UK are looking for an experienced Business Data Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

*       Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Skillko training system.

*       Ensure the system is functioning effectively and meets the needs of all users.

*       Coordinate with the Skillko development team to implement updates and troubleshoot any issues.

*       Generate, analyse, and distribute weekly reports on training metrics, system usage, and compliance.

*       Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement from the data.

*       Present findings in a clear and actionable manner to relevant stakeholders.

*       Conduct regular calls with each operational unit to review reports, discuss training progress, and address any concerns.

*       Act as the primary point of contact between the HSEQT department and the Skillko development team.

*       Proactively identify areas within the Skillko system that require updates or enhancements.

*       Liaise with the Skillko development team to ensure timely implementation of system improvements.

*       Test and validate system updates to ensure they meet the organization’s requirements.

*       Provide training and support to operational units on using the Skillko system effectively.

*       Develop and maintain user guides and training materials for the Skillko system.

 

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

 
 

*       Experience in a similar role

*       Excellent problem-solving skills

*       The capacity to work well within a team

*       Attention to detail, logical thinking

*       Expert knowledge in how operating systems and software works

*       Interpersonal skills as you will regularly be in contact with colleagues and/or customers

*       The ability to prioritise your workload
