Finance Control Reporting Manager– Circet UK

Office-Based | Full-Time 

Circet UK is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Control Reporting Manager to support our finance and operations teams in managing project data, costs, and client invoicing. You’ll play an important role in ensuring accurate financial processes, supporting our field teams, and maintaining strong relationships across departments.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Responsible for Weekly WIP Reports across North and South
  • Responsible for Daily DFE Reports and Invoicing Reports, North and South
  • Ensuring Tungsten is up to date and any Rejections dealt with in a timely manner
  • Invoicing against PO’s North and South
  • Updating the PO Tracker
  • Ensuring Payments made to McLaren are completed in time, weekly
  • Compiling the ORIS weekly wages report
  • Clearing WIP from Invoiced Estimates via uploads.
  • Uploading for the supply chain when requested in bulk
  • Liaising with appropriate parties to find ways of auto populating reports
  • Be on hand to assist the Manager and Head of Finance with queries and support when required

What You’ll Need
Experience
  • 2 years financial reporting experience
  • Leadership experience

Skills & Attributes
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude.

Qualifications & Certifications
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
