Finance Control Team Leader– Circet UK

Office-Based | Full-Time

Circet UK is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Control Team Leader to support our finance and operations teams in managing project data, costs, and client invoicing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their career. You’ll play an important role in ensuring accurate financial processes, supporting our field teams, and maintaining strong relationships across departments.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead a team of finance contract coordinators
  • Update and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) with field data.
  • Provide commercial and administrative support to operations and management.
  • Process and analyse project costs and sales on MIS and AFS systems.
  • Submit deviation from estimates (DFEs) and supply explanations to clients.
  • Support subcontractors with payment queries and completed work updates.
  • Manage commercial issues including supplier payments and client invoicing
  • Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and proactively work towards weekly targets.
  • Record and escalate any issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

What You’ll Need
Experience
  • Experience in finance or commercial department
  • Team Leadership experience (desirable)

Skills & Attributes
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude.

Qualifications & Certifications
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
