Circet are currently recruiting for an experienced Hot Job Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of the Hot Job Process, ensuring all hot jobs are managed safely, compliantly, and in line with contractual SLAs.
The Hot Job Coordinator works closely with utility providers, operational teams, Validation, Escalation, and HSEQ to ensure accurate safety information is captured, validated, and made available prior to works commencing. Acting as the single point of contact, you will coordinate joint site meetings with accredited Hot Job Supervisors and ensure governance processes are followed and remain fit for purpose.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the primary interface between operational teams, utility providers, PMO, Validation, and HSEQ
- Maintain the integrity of the Hot Job Process in line with governance, safety, and client requirements
- Monitor SLAs, ensuring hot jobs are released in a timely manner once safe to do so
- Coordinate and schedule joint site meetings with accredited Hot Job Supervisors
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in compliance with HSEQ and client standards
- Support the resolution of concerns, risks, and escalations related to hot jobs
- Work closely with the Validation & Escalation Manager to ensure processes are followed and continuously improved
- Carry out additional duties as required to support PMO operations
What You’ll Need
Skills & Experience
- Minimum one year’s proven experience in an Estimates Validator role
- Strong understanding of the Hot Job Process (HJP) and associated governance and controls
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to learn multiple systems
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management capability
- Technical knowledge within utilities or telecoms (advantageous)
- Effective conflict management and resolution skills, with the ability to build consensus and anticipate issues
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret and apply policies in situations requiring persuasion
