Circet UK are looking for an Estimates Validator to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring work orders are accurately validated, safely planned, and deliverable within agreed contractual timescales, supporting both operational delivery and financial performance.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Validate work orders to ensure contracted tasks are deliverable within agreed timescales
  • Support the health and safety of field teams by providing accurate information on surrounding utilities prior to excavation works
  • Analyse utility prints, identifying cable and pipeline types, voltages, and pressures using industry colour conventions
  • Issue accurate and timely information to Operational Teams to support safe and effective delivery
  • Provide status reporting to support financial reporting, planning, and monthly P&L processes
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across Circet and with client stakeholders
  • Issue work orders to Project Managers and Front Line Managers, ensuring they are agreed, tracked, and successfully delivered
  • Identify, manage, and report on dependencies, milestones, critical paths, and potential risks or issues
  • Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication with all stakeholders, setting and meeting expectations

What You’ll Need

Knowledge & Skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and planning skills
  • Strong time management with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
  • Good understanding and practical experience of managing Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Escalations
  • Understanding of project governance and control
  • Proven ability to work effectively without direct supervision
  • knowledge of Microsoft Excel
